Managed IT

Managed IT, integrated end-to-end.

Most MSPs sell you a service desk and a stack of vendor logins. We sell you one operational platform — service desk, procurement, projects, computers and servers, backups, security, compliance — all in one place, with one login, with one record of everything.

Stop renting your IT operations from five vendors. Get the lot as one service.

The problem

Most MSPs just give you more vendor logins to manage.

Your typical MSP runs a service desk and bills you per seat. Behind the scenes they hand you off to a vendor stack: one portal for your Microsoft licences, another for security reports, a third for backup status, a fourth for vulnerability scans, plus the password manager and the phishing trainer and the compliance evidence collector. Your team learns five logins. Watches five dashboards. Exports five reports. And the integration between them is whatever your MSP’s ticket system can stitch together.

That isn’t IT management. That’s IT subscription aggregation — and you pay for every layer.

What you get instead

One platform. Every operational function integrated.

Conscierra’s Managed IT service runs on a single integrated platform. Your team logs in once and sees the whole operational picture for your business.

  • Procurement

Hardware, software, devices, vehicles, equipment — tracked from purchase to retirement in one register. Approvals work the same way they do everywhere else in your business.

  • User & licence management

Microsoft 365 user lifecycle, Entra ID groups, Microsoft licence assignment and reclamation, licence reconciliation against actual consumption. One workflow from joiner to role-change to leaver; no spreadsheet drift between IT and finance.

  • Project management

IT projects (rollouts, migrations, refreshes) run on the same platform as your day-to-day operations. Time, milestones, documents, communications — all on one record.

  • Computers, servers, backups

Monitoring, patch status, backup verification, restore drills — visible on the same dashboard your service desk works from. Your team sees what we see.

  • M365 backups

Third-party Microsoft 365 backup (Exchange / SharePoint / OneDrive / Teams) — independent of Microsoft retention. Microsoft’s native retention is not backup; this is. Restore-tested on a published cadence; backup status surfaced in the same dashboard.

  • Security

Your Microsoft 365 security score, Defender state, identity signals, vulnerability scans, compliance evidence — all rolled up per business unit. Trend lines without a separate reporting tool.

  • Service desk + client portal

Tickets, time, document access, online payments — your team and ours working from the same record.

  • Compliance evidence

Generated by normal operations. Available on demand. Defensible at audit.

The integration between everything is the part most providers can’t deliver — and the part that matters most when something goes wrong at 2am and your team needs to see the whole picture to fix it.

The security framework

Security as one module — replacing three or four separate subscriptions.

Most MSPs build their security service from third-party software — a security reporter, a compliance evidence tool, a phishing trainer, a password manager, a vulnerability scanner. Each is a separate vendor. Separate licence per seat. Separate dashboard. Separate data. Separate export when the auditor turns up.

Our security service is one module in our platform. It runs on Microsoft’s native security tools — Defender, Entra ID, Sentinel where it applies — and ties into the rest of the platform: your Microsoft licences, your incident workflow, your compliance evidence, your client portal. One module. No extra dashboards. No extra logins. No extra per-seat fees.

When the regulator asks for evidence, you don’t pull it from five vendors. You export it from one module. When a control fails, you don’t get five alerts in five places. You get one ticket through the same workflow that handles everything else.

This is what “security at an operational level” actually means: security built into the platform, not a stack of vendor subscriptions wrapped in your MSP’s brand.

Multi-entity / multi-tenant

Bill the way your business is actually structured. Manage everything from one place.

Most MSP tools assume your business is one company with one Microsoft setup and one bill. They conflate three things that should stay separate: how Microsoft sees your business, how you’re legally structured, and how IT actually needs to be managed. That works for simple businesses. It breaks for groups of companies, family offices, multi-brand operations, post-acquisition integrations, education networks — and any business that’s outgrown one Microsoft tenant.

  • Bill different entities from one Microsoft setup

If one Microsoft tenant supports multiple legal entities, you bill them separately — without splitting the tenant.

  • Bill one entity from multiple Microsoft setups

If one legal entity operates across multiple tenants (after an acquisition, across divisions, across regions), you get one consolidated bill — without consolidating the tenants.

  • Manage all the subsidiaries from one parent portal

If you’re the parent organisation managing subsidiaries’ Microsoft environments, you see and operate across every one from one place — without losing the separation each subsidiary needs.

If your business has any of these — a holding structure, multiple business units, recent acquisitions, regional separations, regulated subsidiaries that need to stay separate, or shared services across subsidiaries — this is the capability that pays for the MSP relationship on its own.

Your productivity surface

A client portal your team actually uses.

Most MSP “client portals” are just ticket viewers. Ours is the place your team manages your own IT day-to-day. Visibility into your computers, your licences, your security, your projects, your backups, your team’s joiner-mover-leaver processes. Self-service for the things you’d normally email the service desk about. Approvals for procurement and access requests. A record of everything the platform does on your behalf.

The portal doesn’t replace your relationship with our team. It makes the parts that don’t need a conversation faster — and gives your team visibility your previous MSP couldn’t offer.

The proof point

We run our own MSP on the same platform.

The platform you’d run your IT on is the same one we run our own MSP business on. Same Microsoft stack. Same framework. Same modules. Same security. Same audit discipline.

We don’t run on someone else’s PSA stitched together with someone else’s RMM and someone else’s vendor portals. We built the platform. We run it. We control it.

This matters because when something needs to be better, we make it better — we don’t wait for a vendor to ship a feature. The improvements that land in our MSP service land in yours too. No surprise project fees.

Pricing posture

Transparent. Not padded.

One monthly retainer for the service. Azure infrastructure separate, at cost — through us or through your own Microsoft subscription. The retainer isn’t padded with hidden per-seat fees passed up from a stack of vendors, because we don’t pay those vendors.

The retainer covers service delivery and ongoing platform improvements. Improvements ship to every Managed IT client as they’re built. No surprise project fees as the service gets better.

Compliance posture

Defensible at audit.

ISO 9001 + ISO 27001 certified at the corporate level. The framework that powers our Managed IT service is aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management). ISO 27701 (privacy), 20000-1 (IT service management), and 22301 (business continuity) are in remediation as part of our broader compliance program.

Audit-ready evidence available to clients on request.

Cyber insurance compliance

Renewal evidence on demand, not a renewal scramble.

Cyber insurance underwriters are tightening every renewal cycle. The questionnaires that used to ask “do you have MFA” now ask “what percentage of users have MFA enabled, what conditional-access policies enforce it, and when did you last verify a backup restore.” Answering those well moves your premium and your eligibility; answering them poorly can disqualify you entirely.

Our Managed IT service maintains a standing evidence pack for the controls underwriters care about — not a once-a-year audit project, but a continuous output of normal operation.

  • Multi-factor authentication coverage

Every user account in scope, with conditional-access policies enforcing MFA per Microsoft Entra ID. Coverage percentage available as a live metric.

  • EDR / Defender deployment

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint deployed and reporting; coverage and alert state surfaced in real time.

  • Backup + restore verification

Backup runs verified daily; restore drills run on a published cadence. Insurance underwriters increasingly require evidence of restore-tested backups, not just backup configuration.

  • Patch SLA tracking

Patch-status by severity (critical / high / medium / low) tracked against your stated SLA. Underwriter questionnaires ask "how fast do you patch critical vulnerabilities" — the answer is here, not a guess.

  • Security-awareness training records

Training completion tracked per user; campaign results from phishing simulations integrated. Auditable evidence of human-layer controls.

  • Incident response runbook + evidence

Documented incident response workflow per certified Security Incident Management Policy; incidents (when they occur) generate an audit trail underwriters can review.

When the renewal questionnaire arrives, you export the answers — you don’t reconstruct them.

Talk to us about the MSP that runs on one integrated platform.

30 minutes. We’ll listen carefully, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit. Whether you’re considering changing MSPs, evaluating us against others, or thinking about a custom platform for later — that’s a useful conversation either way. No hard sell. No obligation.
