After much anticipation, I am excited to share that I have accepted the role as the new CEO of Conscierra a technology services provider poised to redefine the landscape of our industry.
This opportunity to lead Conscierra represents a culmination of my passion for technology and my long-term commitment to driving positive social impact. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with visionary teams and organisations dedicated to leveraging technology for the greater good. Now, as I step into this new role, I am excited to continue that journey with Conscierra.
In my first 90 days as CEO, I will be focused on several key initiatives aimed at positioning Conscierra for sustained growth and impact. These initiatives align with the company’s strategic pillars:
1. Operational Excellence: Streamlining our internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of service to our clients. AI and Automation will play a big role here.
2. Customer Success: Strengthening our relationships with clients by deeply understanding their needs, providing exceptional support, and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
3. People & Culture: Investing in our team members’ growth and well-being, fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and empowering every employee to reach their full potential.
4. Growth: Identifying new opportunities for expansion and innovation, both within our existing client base and in new markets, to drive sustainable growth and maximize our impact.
5. Social Impact & Sustainability: Deepening our commitment to corporate social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into our operations, supporting initiatives that promote positive social change, and actively contributing to the communities in which we operate.
I am also thrilled to extend my heartfelt thanks to Stephen Betts, who will be the new Chief Technology Officer of Conscierra. Stephen’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in shaping the success of our organisation since its inception eight years ago as B & A Technologies in April 2016.
To the hundreds of existing clients; many have been with us for the last eight years; I thank you for your ongoing support, your collaborations, ideas and feedback.
