I am thrilled to share some incredible news with all of you! As of April 1st, 2024, B & A Technologies will officially be known as Conscierra.
This transformation marks an important milestone in our journey, and I am excited to explain why this change is so significant for us and for you, our valued clients.
A New Chapter in Our Story
When I founded B & A Technologies back in 2016, I had a clear vision: to transform the way small businesses receive IT support. Too often, I saw smaller companies getting lost in the shuffle, receiving less-than-adequate service, and struggling to compete in a fast-evolving technological landscape. My mission was to ensure that every small business had access to reliable, top-tier IT services. Over the last eight years, we’ve grown tremendously, and our vision has not only become a reality but expanded beyond what I initially imagined.
As we approach our 8th anniversary on April 1st, 2024, we took a step back to reflect on our evolution. In doing so, it became clear that we needed a name and a brand that better represented the breadth of services we now offer and the level of expertise we bring to the table. Thus, Conscierra was born.

Conscierra is more than just a new name; it reflects our continued growth, our sharpened focus, and our forward-looking approach. With this rebranding, we’re launching a fresh look with vibrant colours, a sleek new logo, and a reinforced commitment to providing you with dependable and innovative IT solutions.
Our mission to support your business’s growth remains unchanged. In fact, this transformation strengthens our ability to do so. Conscierra will continue to prioritise delivering trustworthy and reliable services, with enhanced capabilities designed to meet the evolving needs of your business.
A New Leadership Era
As we enter this exciting next phase, I am stepping into a new role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This change will allow me to focus more on steering our technological strategies and nurturing our talented technical team to deliver even more value to you.
In line with this shift, I’m thrilled to introduce you to Diana Soedardi-Betts, our newly appointed CEO of Conscierra. Diana brings over 23 years of leadership experience across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, having held senior positions at Microsoft APAC, SICPA, and Pearl Consulting. Her proven track record in driving business growth and innovation makes her the perfect leader to guide Conscierra into the future. We are incredibly excited about the new heights we will reach under her guidance.
