The firm boasts a dedicated team of 16 professionals, including experienced accountants, data entry operators, and administrative support staff, to deliver tailored financial services to its clients.

The primary challenges, centered on network and server stability, leading to frequent downtimes that hampered productivity and caused backlog issues within the company.


THE SOLUTION
Optimising Accounting Platform for Better Business Processes

Conscierra developed a custom application to extend and enhance the functionality of Betts & Associates’ existing accounting platform. The application, known as BABOMRS (Betts & Associates – Back Office Management & Reporting Solution), has been in development since 2016 with several major enhancements over the years. These upgrades included a client document signature capability, further optimising business processes and minimised manual work. It allows clients to securely sign documents electronically, streamlining approval workflows and reducing the need for physical paperwork, thus significantly improving efficiency and client satisfaction.
