When Stephen Betts founded B & A Technologies Pty Ltd in 2016, his vision was clear; to revolutionise the experience of small businesses by providing them with unparalleled IT support. It was about ensuring that small businesses wouldn’t fall victim to subpar IT services, but rather receive the support they truly deserve.
On April 1st, 2024, B & A Technologies Pty Ltd was re-branded and trading as Conscierra, marking a pivotal moment in our journey towards continued growth and renewed purpose.
The name blends “Conscious” and “Terra,” reflecting our mindfulness towards social and environmental issues.

The Team
Diana Soedardi-Betts
CEO
Diana is an accomplished business leader with a proven track record of driving business growth in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region for the past 23 years. She spent 11 years in Microsoft APAC holding various senior roles, including a global leadership role for Industry Marketing. She then held a leadership role with SICPA to set up its Go To Market strategy in the APAC region. This is followed by 4 years as an independent consultant at Pearl Consulting as well as 3.5 years as its Managing Director for APAC region.
Stephen Betts
CTO
Stephen Betts is a veteran in the Tech industry with more than 2 decades of experience in global technology companies such as Microsoft, Avanade and Datacraft. In 2014, he successfully set up the infrastructure for Betts & Associates, a family-owned business in Toowoomba. Through word-of-mouth recommendations, he continued to help other family networks to optimise their spending on the technology they need, minimising unnecessary costs. On 1st April 2016, he started Conscierra (previously known as B & A Technologies) to provide businesses with enterprise-level managed IT services by focusing on the technology they need to achieve efficiency and productivity.
Annie Tan
Head of Finance
Annie has a wealth of experience and expertise in Financial Management. Her strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and dedication will play a vital role in taking Conscierra’s Finance operations to new heights. Besides providing financial leadership, she plays an active role in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation. Prior to joining Conscierra, Annie held various leadership roles in Finance with a focus in driving transformation through digitisation for the Asia Pacific region.
Rebecca Quah
Head of Human Resources
Rebecca is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a wealth of experience across diverse industries including Information Technology, Manufacturing, Finance and Consulting. She has a strong HR generalist background with an excellent track record in strategic planning and execution. In her previous roles, she was involved in mergers and acquisitions, as well as setting up HR Shared Services and Operations across the Asia Pacific region.
Jean Ow-Yeong
Head of Marketing Services and Communications
Jean has over 15 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Community Management. She has worked in-house and as an external consultant with senior-level roles at technology companies like eBay, Tripadvisor and Meta (Facebook and WhatsApp). Prior to joining Conscierra, she led the global communications and digital marketing efforts for a social impact consultancy in Asia Pacific, Africa and Latin America.
Magnesh Reddy
Infrastructure and Cloud Lead
Magnesh is a seasoned Information and Communications Technology (ICT) specialist with 15 years of industry experience. He has worked in senior ICT roles with organisations like Central banks, International Airports, Global Contact Centres and Government Agencies.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Conscierra acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
